Every weekday in October you’ll get a new workout prescription. I will share a link to the Morning Groove workout that I choose for you each day, along with coaching tips and motivation.
The Morning Groove workouts in October drop every weekday at 3 AM central so no matter how early you start your day, your health and well-being can come first.
Weekends = your choice. Rest, recharge, or explore the Move Young studio
TIER 2 MEMBERS
October is STRONG Month!
This month, Tier 2 members get EIGHT AgeDEFY STRONG workouts that are brand new to Patreon.
The October STRONG workouts are special for the following reasons:
They’re the recorded STRONG sessions from my summer + fall live classes at Studio BodyAbility.
They’ve never been released before and are only available here on Patreon.
Each comes with a coaching video + a 10–15 minute strength training workout to keep you strong, flexible, and moving young as we prepare to settle in for the Winter season.
